University Heights is located near NAU at the southwest intersection of I-40 and I-17. Mostly year round single family homes with some seasonal residents. There is a local park as well as the popular elementary school De Miguel. Wal-mart and a grocery store are located directly to the north with lots of other shops. At the front of University Heights there is a church, some townhomes and a apartment to condo conversion, so you will find housing at several price points.
